The hotel room I had was directly over the market square, which was definitely worth paying a little extra for. However, the room in the courtyard was in the back of the hotel with no nice view. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to be helpful, friendly, polite, and professional. The location could not be more central, right at the heart of Krakow. The dining experience was inadequate for vegetarians, offering very limited options except fruits, cornflakes, and toast. The facilities were good overall.
